We’re not in the business of chasing debtors out of spite - we only get paid when you do. As part of our process, we can report delinquent accounts to the major credit bureaus -  Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, and Dun & Bradstreet -  at no additional charge.

After documenting our efforts over a 90-day period, we can safely and legally report the debt, ensuring it appears on the debtor’s record. While timelines vary by agency, most debts are reflected within six months of placement.

Beyond traditional credit reporting, the court of public opinion has become a powerful tool. In select cases, we can leverage online reporting strategies that make a debtor’s poor payment practices visible to potential customers, partners, and lenders. This added layer of accountability creates strong motivation to resolve the balance.
